Gear Swap will be held on 11/10/25 from 5PM – 7PM in the CCHS cafeteria.
๐๏ธ 1. Safety and Liability
Mandatory:
- Attendance to the gear swap acknowledges your acceptance of the liability and release form.
Recommended:
- Purchases are recommended to get checked out with a local ski shop to inspect bindings, skis, and boots for safety prior to use.
๐ฟ 2. Equipment Condition Requirements
Acceptable items:
- Bring your gently used kids and adult ski, snowboard, backcountry, cross-country gear or any winter related soft goods to sell or just show up to take advantage of deals on gear for your family.
- Skis, boots, poles, snowboards, bindings, outerwear, and accessories in good condition.
- Touring, telemark, and Nordic gear if bindings/boots are compatible and functional.
Condition guidelines:
- Skis/boards: No core shots, major delamination, or edge separation.
- Boots: Soles intact, buckles functional, liners not severely packed out, no cracks in boot shell.
- Outerwear: Clean, free from major rips, zippers functional.
- Goggles/gloves: Minor wear okay, no cracked lenses or holes.
๐ต 3. Pricing and Fee Structure
- Seller sets price
- If you wish to donate unsold items you can leave them with the snowdodger team. (unclaimed items will be donated).
- Recommended to bring a picture of your QR code for electronic payment.
Payments:
- Offer venmo, zelle, or cash options.
- All payments will be made directly between buyers and sellers. Snowdodgers will NOT be responsible for handling any payments or sales.

๐งพ 4. Organization & Logistics
Registration:
- No registration necessary. Show up prior to the 5pm start time and display your items on the tables in the cafeteria. You may be present with your gear or leave gear with a recommended payment method.
- Label each item with the seller name, item description, and price.
